The man behind Parosa, Rakesh Bhagerwal is the promoter of Virakh Food and Beverage Pvt Ltd and boasts of a vivid finance background. Having worked with large corporates as financial advisor, he is now taking a dip into the food and beverage industry with a brand called Parosa. Extending its wings to west region, he made a great start from Ahmedabad to Mumbai, this expanding gradually to Bangalore and Pune. He works along with Pratik Bhavsar whose expertise is vital to the operations and success of the brand. With a vast experience of 14 years in a plethora of fields like finance, operations, retail and trading with a specialisation in leasing, Bhavsar is a foodie of gigantic proportions, an attribute that contributes to the cause all the more. He takes care of the administration slice of the pie along with the leasing assistance and client relations.
Among other team Rohit Sharma and Sachin Chand. Rohit has an experience of a whopping 17 years in the hospitality industry. He is someone who was destined to be in the food service industry and has certainly not just stumbled upon today’s success. He has an immense experience in services like mall management, multi-chain food franchisees and bar outlets in multiple countries like Dubai, Singapore, Bahrain and India. He was also an area general manager for Harry’s Singapore, which is a huge intercontinental chain. His expertise in a five star hotel was mapped during his time in Hyatt as well. Sachin Chand, the culinary expert, has had an experience in the industry as a chef for more than a decade at multiple outlets, cruise liners and hotels. He has worked with the unique art of molecular gastronomy, a skill that is newly introduced in India and is still under experimentation. A creative soul with a passion to thrive at everything he does, Sachin is an asset to the brand.

Hello foodies, I am back again with some detailed review for all you food lovers to choose wisely!
“Parosa” happened by chance. We were planning for some early dinner and we already had a place in mind.
It so happened that the place which we wanted to visit, parosa was located in the same building, and we chose this place because it looked simply amazing from outside. We are glad we chose this place!
We had diwali dinner with my friend. Food was really great. They served steak with different sauce. We had peri - peri steak that was really supeb. They served steak with mashed potatoes, vegetables, spaghetti and sauce. Also we had Arabic wood roast that dish made my day really. Ahmedabad badal Raha hai. Ambiance is really nice. Also I am satisfied with service.
Parosa is one of the Awesome and Superb Restaurants of Ahmedabad. It has got great variety of food and taste is just Phenomenal. Ambience is just Refreshing. Loved it to the core.
